| Abstract: Represents a Central Address core record, commonly referred to as a postal address, a building address, or a parcel address. These records are identified in the source system by values of ' ' in the CA01_NON_PO_ADDRES field. The features provided here are generally located near a property entrance where a building number should be visible. However, they are sometimes located closer to the public road in cases where a long private drive is not included in our centerlines. This improves routing results, particularly for emergency responders. A significant percentage of these features have been field verified as part of the 2007 Richmond CAD 911 upgrade. | |||
| Purpose: To be used by the Intergraph product suite for CAD 911, by the geocoding interface for DPW Cityworks, and by any other application that requires geocoding, mapping, or spatial analysis of Central Address postal address records. | |||
