| Purpose: The CDBG GIS layer is used for identification and analysis of these areas. The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is a flexible program that provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs. Block Grant Administration and Housing staff administer all entitlement funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by preparing the Consolidated Plan and providing information and development assistance to all parties interested in housing investments in the City. | |||
