| Supplemental Information: From August, 2002 until March of 2009, the City's custom Parcel Editing tools captured modified features into our own "cads_Parcels_H" feature class, so that the City could maintain history of parcel edits. However, in the Winter of 2008-2009, the City adopted the use of ESRI's built-in historical archiving capabilities, so the parce editing tools were modified to drop this functionality, as the out-of-the-box functionality of ESRI's geodatabase would now track historical changes. "cads_ParcelArchive" is our previous "_H" feature class, and it was adopted on March 16, 2009; all changes subsequent to this date are tracked in the geodatabase's historical archive for cads_Parcel. | |||
