Description
  Abstract: Represents trails used primarily by pedestrians or bikers, and are generally confined to areas around the James River and/or park system.
  Purpose: To be used for cartographic display of trails and possibly also for routing.
  Supplemental Information: Walking paths were developed by Public Works' GIS staff, via interpretation of trail maps and orthophotography interpretation.
