Administrative Services has the responsibility of management oversight for the major administrative areas of the Richmond Police Department.









Division of Emergency Communications -- Captain John Hall

The Division of Emergency Communications is responsible for public safety and non-public safety radio communications for the City of Richmond and serves as the City's E-911 Call Center. The division is a 24-hour-a-day operation staffed by more than 70 communications officers and supervisors and commanded by a police captain.

Planning and Accreditation Division -- Mr. Brian Cummings

The Planning and Accreditation Division is responsible for the development, review and monitoring of all policies and procedures within the Police Department.

Records and Technology Division -- Mr. Stephen Hollifield

The Records and Technology Division manages all of the major technical hardware and software services and systems of the department.

Training Division -- Captain Gary Ladin

The Training Division is responsible for the training of all Police Department employees. It also oversees the daily operations of the Training Academy.
