The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who assaulted a Letter Carrier in the 5400 block of Blue Ridge Ave. Richmond, VA 23231. The victim was assaulted at about 12:15 pm on February 3, 2011. The suspect was described as:
Suspect - Black male, early 20’s, 5’11”, thin build, medium to dark complexion, 1 inch afro style hair cut, clean shaven. Dark colored pants, red shirt, and a black coat.
