Crime Stoppers is asking for the publics help in a homicide that occurred on September 20th 2011.
Around 10:20pm Richmond Officers were dispatched to 1102 N 20th st for a random gunfire call.
When they arrived they found Thomas Earl Kelly in the alley lying in a pool of blood, it appeared that Thomas had just walked out of the building when he was approached and shot by an unknown suspect. Thomas was transported to VCU medical center where he later died of his injuries.
Detectives have no leads on this homicide and are asking for your help in solving this case.
