Police are still searching for answers in the January 26th shooting death of Jerode R. Greene.

Shortly after 8 a.m. that morning, police were called to the 4200 block of Chamberlayne Avenue for report of a person shot. When police arrived, they found Greene, 24, of Henrico County, suffering from a gunshot wound.

Greene was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police believe there were multiple witnesses in the area at the time, including those who were traveling to work or school.

They urge anyone who has any information to come forward and help us take these individuals off the street.
