Crime Stoppers needs your help to identify a man who is suspected of fatally shooting a small dog in the City of Richmond.

The shooting occurred on March 7th at the 1400 Block of Hull Street Road. The dog, a small terrier mix, was tied to a post of the apartment complex when fatally shot.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 30’s. He was wearing a dark sweatshirt over a white T-shirt, dark sweatpants, no socks, black and white Adidas type Sandals and a dark baseball cap. He was carrying what appears to be a semi-automatic hand gun.
