DPU can automatically deduct the amount of your monthly bill from your checking or savings account on the
date the bill is due. Call (804)646-7000 to request an application, then return the
completed application with a voided check or deposit slip. DPU will set up the service with your bank at no
charge to you.

DPU E-Bill
Receive an email reminder when your bill is due, then pay your bill online. You will need your DPU billing
account and your checking account numbers, an email address, and your Social Security number to
enroll for DPU e-bill.
Online Bill Payment by Credit Card
Pay your utility bill online using your MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. A fee is charged by the
vendor, based on the amount of payment. Details can be found on our
Online Payment Options page.
