Requests for benefit information, like a duplicate 1099-R, income verification and check stubs, should be made to the Richmond Retirement System via the Benefit Information Request Form. Once received the Richmond Retirement System will process your request within five business days and make it available to you through your selected method of delivery, such as office pick-up, U.S. mail or fax.
