    The class will discuss the importance of a business plan, identify and explain the various components of the business plan. This is a 4-part course.

  • Financials 101b The Wells Fargo Series

    Class will cover:

    • Record Keeping
    • Creating a Budget
    • Determining Start-up cost
    • Cash Flow Analysis
    • Breakeven Analysis
    • Qualifying for a Business Loan
    • Basic Accounting

  • Financials 201 The Wells Fargo Series

    Class will cover:

    • The Income Statement
    • The Balance Sheet
    • Cash Flow Analysis
    • Breakeven Analysis
    • Tracking and Measuring Your Business Performance

  • Understanding Procurement Solicitations

    The class will discuss the various types of solicitations: RFP, IFB, RFQ, Sole Source, CM@Risk and The Richmond.

  • Do the Right Thing! Budgeting, Bookkeeping, and Taxes

    The class exposes the participants to the various business structures, accounting methods and the information needed to develop a budget for the business.

  • Responding to the RFP/ Bid Presentations

    The class will discuss the elements of a bid presentation. The session will review the elements of a sample RFP and match it with a bid presentation

  • Marketing Your Business Using Social Media

    This is a series of classes. They will discuss the importance of using social media and how to use Facebook, YouTube and Twitter to grow your business.
