Humphrey Calder Community Center's amenities include a gymnasium, a game room with a computer lab, a multi-purpose room and restrooms. Located outside the community center are soccer fields, a youth baseball field, basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, a children's playground, and a picnic shelter. There is also a large community garden with plots for rent through Tricycle Gardens.
Recreation programs and classes in the areas of sports, arts, fitness, dance, crafts, games, self-improvement, computers, hobbies, and do-it-yourself instruction are among the activities offered here. The center also hosts a youth summer camp, special events, workshops, drop-in programs, an after-school program, and cultural activities.
Children, teens, adults and seniors citizens will find a variety of recreation opportunities available at the center.
