This week Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance with any information that may assist the investigation into the shooting of an unattended Caroline County Sheriff’s Office patrol car. The vehicle was parked at the former Frog Level Rescue Squad building near the southern end of the county.

The shooting is believed to have taken place sometime between 1 am and 8 am on March 24th.

If anyone has any further information about this crime or any crime in the city of Richmond, or the counties of Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, Goochland or Charles city, call CRIME STOPPERS AT 780-1000, or text your information to CRIMES (274637) using the keyword itip followed by your tip.
