We cannot list all of Sergeant J.D. Ross’ accomplishments here – because with 25 years of excellence it would be a very long list of accomplishments.

His career highlights include years of experience with the Traffic unit, Firearms and Drug initiatives, and his work throughout the entire city. His second-degree black belt in police tactics has made him an excellent instructor of self-defense and he’s been doing that since 1979.

Ross shuns the limelight – but it is proper to thrust him onstage today to be honored with this award.
