At approximately 9:45 p.m. on August 27, 2004, 911 operators began receiving multiple calls for a shooting in the 3000 block of 4th Ave. Police responded to the scene and found a female in the driver's seat of vehicle parked in the 3000 block of 4th Avenue with a gunshot wound to her neck.
